Investor Education

The reality of life is that the majority of people make decisions and choices that result in short-term gains, but lead to long-term pain. Many young people today do not realize the importance of planning for one’s financial future. No matter if one’s career is in business or not, there will be a time in every person’s life where the topic of saving and investing will arise – whether it is for retirement, a home, or a car. Unfortunately, conventional education does not provide such learning opportunities and neglects the importance of learning to save and invest.

That is the inspiration behind Investors of Tomorrow. We operate with a with a vision to expand the horizons of youth everywhere to opportunities in the capital markets and the importance of saving and investing. Acquiring the skills early in life to make informed financial and investment decisions is the corner stone to future financial freedom and success.

Our mission of expanding investor education and early planning to youth has been filled through the operation of workshops, seminars, forums, and a uniquely developed InvestYoung Online Stock Market Simulation, designed to give youth hands on experience for today’s competitive world. Through Investors of Tomorrow, students have had the opportunity to hear, learn, and receive advice from industry professionals including senior executives of top financial institutions. They have explored the often misconceived world of finance and the stock market. They have learned the life-skill of financial literacy.

We believe that education and the development of financial literacy in youth today is the foundation of Canada’s future economic well-being. This was the need that we recognized and Investors of Tomorrow is our answer. Whether we help create a future business leader, a successful investor, or another financially literate Canadian, we believe we have contributed to the fabric of our society and the future prosperity of our generation through Investors of Tomorrow.
