Investors of Tomorrow is one of Canada’s largest registered financial literacy charities, and it was created in 2002 with the mission to better inform today’s youth about the world of investing and finance. We see financial literacy as a neglected social issue with lifelong implications. Many people, especially students, often think that investing is for exceptional people or financial geniuses. This is damaging to their financial well-being, and it is their responsibility to take an active stewardship of their capital allocation. We believe acquiring the skills early in life will allow our members to learn how to diminish risk in real-world investment situations, to take calculated and creative risks, and to be accountable for the longevity and sustainability of their savings.
Our initiatives include: a responsible investing curriculum & certification, weekly and quarterly investment newsletters, and the uniquely designed InvestYoung Stock Pitch Competition. We currently have operations at Canada’s largest universities, and in provinces across the country. To get involved, we encourage you to review our website, sign-up as a member, and like our Facebook page.
Thank you for visiting our website and supporting our interest in furthering financial literacy in Canada.
